Order Processing
Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after placement. We kindly request that you review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Information
- All orders ship from our facility in Sacramento CA, United States
- We do not process shipments on weekends or major holidays
- ARTIQ cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses; orders with these shipping addresses will be cancelled
- Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see this confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that delays may occur during:
- Special product releases
- Major holidays
- Sale periods
- Availability & Cancellations
Due to high demand, items may occasionally become unavailable even after order placement. In such cases:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method or by check
- Refunds to original payment methods typically appear within 5-10 business days
Security
All orders undergo review by our security team. ARTIQ reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion
Shipping Method
For orders with the United States, ARTIQ offers Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) and Standard shipping (3-4 Business Days).
All International orders will be shipped via DHL Express or USPS.
Please note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 2-3 day order processing timeframe.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of original payment. If not, we will issue you a merchandise credit to www.artiqclo.com (no expiry date for merchandise credit).
ARTIQ reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in sole discretion.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return email artiqclo@gmail.com the following:
- Name
- Order number
- Name of merchandise
- Size of merchandise
- Why it is being returned

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at artiqclo@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Packages
ARTIQ is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number.. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Final Sale Items
ARTIQ reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. ARTIQ does not participate in price matching with other retailers.
If ARTIQ marks down the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the original price to the sale price at your request within 7 days of your delivery date.
